Once an OTP is generated for your number (whether used, unused, or wrong), we cannot process a refund as our server does not allow refunds after OTP generation.
If OTP doesn't arrive on your number, this may be due to high demand or server load issues. We have no control over these situations and appreciate your understanding.
We guarantee a full refund only if the OTP fails to arrive on your number. No other circumstances qualify for refunds.
Earnings from website referrals cannot be transferred via UPI. Please do not request this payment method for referral earnings.
